The American Football Association, Inc. now offers a Group Accident Medical Insurance Program. Modeled from our successful General Liability Insurance offering from Sadler & Company, this insurance program is available for amateur teams & leagues that are members of the American Football Association, Inc. (AFA). (see brochure for details - Other than NY or NY Only )
What members of your group are covered? You are required to pay premium for 100% of the players. For no additional cost, the following group members are covered automatically:
