While the student attends a community college, he plays football for the Silverbacks. This process can take one year or two depending on whether the student tries for his AA or just wants to earn the credits needed to transfer.
We manage this program with specialists for each component of the program. We don’t ask a Coach to help a student get recruited we have College Planning team for that.
Our Coaches have NFL, College and Pro experience and developed a system to have a 70-80 man roster and have everyone play; we make a promise to all our players that everyone plays. The teams that we play range from other programs similar to ours to Division 3 JV teams.
